MINDAR  TEMPLE - 790 MEMBER CHURCH

OSCEOLA COUNTY,  FLORIDA

PERMITS:   FDEP WATER AND SEWER, SFWMD, OSCEOLA COUNTY.                                                                                                                           

   This project required  special exception approval for rezoning a 5 acre tract of land for

   Church use.  Presentations were made before the Osceola County Commissioners for approval.

    Site plan approval included, parking and geometry layout, paving, grading, drainage and

   water and sewer.  Approval by Osceola County.  Improvements to Boggy Creek Road

   was also included in this design.

   The project was approved for construction in 2009.
